Western Images by Frederic Remington

This is an image scanned from a book of writings and drawings by famed Western illustrator Frederic Remington. Published in 1895, "Pony Tracks" contains over 50 wonderful drawings from Remington's Western travels.

Each of these selected images was scanned directly from the book and digitally double-matted in Photoshop, allowing a print to be placed directly in any frame with an opening the same as the print size you choose - and without the need for any further matting.

The 1 to 1.5 aspect ratio of the images ideally supports print sizes like 8x12, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36. Other sizes are available as well but may entail some cropping on the brown top mat area of the print - you can see that clearly in the Buy Photos process when you click on any particular print size.
